I heard back from Norwegian Complaints board, who told me they don't have the authority to demand payment from SAS. They told me to "contact the conciliation council " to recover my claim. I asked him what exactly that was but have not heard back.

AutismoSupremo , you say you were going to take it up with Small Claims. Who did you threaten that to---was it to SAS? If so, can you please provide a contact? All I ever seem to communicate with on the SAS side of things is Team India...

Anyone: any clue who to escalate to on the SAS side? Also, what is the "conciliation council"?
