Then follows up immediately with three seperate articles that go on to imply he'd like to have his environment controlled so that there's no coughing, complaining passengers, or passengers listening to music/programming without headphones.
Not to mention the tone-deaf "And unlike so many others, I have no plans to travel if I need to cough every five seconds."
'If you don't like x then fly private' is a stupid and facile argument in a nuanced situation. And yes, it came back to bite Ben in the butt. But it was always going to because it was a stupid and facile argument to make.
