I just mean a few columns to the right on the cowtool, there's a fare basis. I'm expecting something like LAAEROLT/AE1, but if it doesn't have the "LT" in it, that could also cause issues. Though if the website thinks you're Latitude, then... you're probably ticketed properly.
The fact that it appears like you could request the upgrade again is odd (but I've seen it before).
