My understanding was the *A lounges are closed. The only Cathay lounge open currently is the Pier.. but it looks like the wing reopened just now.

Zero point visiting HKG if you can't visit the TK, UA, SQ, Wing and Pier for a lounge crawl before a flight like I did once.
