The USB VGC I have always gotten at Krogy until recently (where they are starting to dry up now), those get liquidated at Wally once I change the PIN while calling. Typically, I buy a $999 USD + $1 fee MO for a total of $1,000, and split the payment between two $500 USB VGCs without a problem at the good ol Wally World.
