At the moment it is only at the discussion stage according to today’s Bangkok Post, and will be discussed at government level next week as a proposal from the MoPH.
It seems that Thailand will require 2 vax shots for pax from all countries soon. This is OK.

My SQ 714 landed at 18:45. Went to Fast Track using J pass and exited immigration in 5 min.

Since I don't check bags, I went to AOT counter and booked a Camry for 1400 B plus 200 B tip to the driver.

Arrived at Riyal Orchid Sheraton at 19:50. Very smooth.
