Oh also one side bit. The global entry machines now don't require you to slide in your passport. You only need to hit "take a picture" and you're done. No receipt either. HOWEVER then you need to line up and wait for CBP officer to either 1. look at your passport, 2. ask your name, 3. say welcome to the US, or 4. a combination or none of the previous. Total waste of time and completely defeats the purpose of global entry.
