At long last, it's over.
As of tomorrow December 29 all you need to do is take that RAT 24 hours before your flight and maybe carry a photo of it.
No online declaration, no PCR tests and just "advice" that you take RATs for the first 5 days. And certainly no 21-day hotel quarantine.

I arrived in HK yesterday. Does that mean that it is now not mandatory for PCR test on day 2 and RATs on the first 5 days?
