There was nothing about it in the press conference, but SCMP is reporting that the existing vaccination requirement will continue to apply to non-residents. No requirement to file the online declaration, so will airline check-in clerks again become arbiters of what passes muster?
Seems so.
Luckily the declaration form should stay online for the time being, it might be enough to quench clerks' thirst for paperwork and QR Codes.
