I am assuming things got relaxed due to covid and they are now asking for things to get back to normal? I mean, I agree. I hope that doesn't bite me on my trip on CX later this week though. With regards to service, flew AMS-HKG-BKK and the crews were friendly and did a great job. Not over the top great but definitely better than average.
