I was in the Galleries First lounge shortly before Christmas. In most ways a rather pleasant experience, both lanes at first wing security open and the staff almost fighting over the few passengers so they had something to do. The lounge with a fair bit of seating open, and on the quiet side compared to normal.
However, this was what was setup as clean champagne glasses. Really?
The staff got visibly annoyed when I asked them to replace the glasses with some clean ones.
