Contact form or email has yielded no replies. At this point I have bought the $75 package for close to a week and it has not functioned nor have I been able to get a reply from their contact form, their email or the refund request I sent through the amazonpay payment method.
Have to dispute with my bank which is a hassle. Horrible how KVS customer service has gotten to this point, I actually liked using the tool many years back.
Tried one last time to contact them by form and email, providing a non-gmail address for them to respond to and have still not heard anything back. On the phone to initiate the chargeback with my credit card right now.
