The US number I called said they were too busy to answer
Edit - just called Asiana again, this time was got through. The rep said the AC PNR is the only one and I can't manage the booking online. I could request a special meal through the phone though and I confirmed the seats AC requested were confirmed.
I don't fly Star Alliance often, but I don't think I've ever had an airline fail to provide their own, or use the booking carrier PNR to manage the booking on their website.
