I actually have a similar issue.

Booked 2 Asiana award tickets through AC ICN-LAX for next April.

Couldn't pull up the reservation on the Asiana website with the provided PNR so I called Air Canada. The rep and supervisor spent a good amount of time trying to get the Asiana PNR with no luck. They assured me they spoke with Asiana and the ticket was valid. I also have eticket number so I assume it's a confirmed ticket.

I might call back, but the hold times are brutal. Strange situation indeed.
