Actually, that may be my bad. I was on N879BH which was only delivered two months ago, which would make it not a Concept D aircraft.

The DUB-PHL are usually always Concept D aircraft and I didn't look to check, I just assumed it was. I also didn't know of that variation with regards to the arrangement around PE on the Block 2 aircraft, I figured they were the same apart from the business class seats.

I'm flying PE back again on Saturday night on a 787-8 so I'll make note and come back to you
