App / Website Won't Log In?

Not sure if this should go here or in another thread...

Trying to book a hotel but neither the website nor my app will allow me to log in. App gives "service not available" message and website gives "something happened" message. Wondering if this is happening to anyone else or if it's just me.

Rather frustrating as I'm trying to book for tonight and the Marriott option is more conveniently located and less expensive than Hilton....but Hilton will let me log in and book.
