I used the butler for clothes pressing and tea/coffee service and sundry items but not for unpacking / packing.
The pressing service was quick and items were returned in a couple hours despite indicating I was not in a rush.
In the evening for both nights we were there, it was difficult to get through via the butler service line after 10PM and in one case was told that "we are quite busy right now so it may take a while to fulfill your request".
I was somewhat surprised that they were that busy.

As for the "Bakery Passaround" I think they are supposed to bring your tray after you get the set course (or at least that's what I observed at other tables), and it is on the menu, so I suspect it was uneven service.
My wife and I also liked the yuzu custard brioche as well, so much so we asked them to bring the bakery tray to us a second time, for an additional helping.
how did you find the butler service, and did you utilize them to pack/unpack your stuff, or anything else?
