Contact AC now to get it resolved before your return flight. You might want to try their social media - people managing their Twitter can be much more responsive than Customer Service.
"Something along the lines of "Flew on a paid Business Class ticket from Amsterdam to Santiago via Toronto but was denied access to Signature Suite. Please resolve prior to my return flight on (insert date)."
