Yes, LH will rebook you in the same class. Do check the seating though as it can happen that you get placed in Y by mistake (happened to me a couple of times). They will be happy to put you to the right class though.
MUC-DEN being over might be to your advantage. Ask in Cairo and if it is, give a call to LH while you wait for your flight. Might save yourself some running around and get directly placed on a next day morning flight (or a later departure via another hub)
