How did you claim this segment? Retroclaimed? How did it appear on your exec club statement?
I didn't (have to) claim it -- it registered normally, in a timely manner. The entry in my BAEC account gives the route (DOH-HEL), the class (D), the date and then the flight number, as 'QRxxx (Operated by: Qatar Airways)'. Whereas my DONE4 itinerary / receipt says, correctly, 'Finnair AYxxxx, operated by Qatar Airways'.
