For me, the most painful part has always been dealing with the regular phone agents but once I get transferred to the correct department, the agents there process the same day flight change very quickly.
So you have to call? What do you tell them to be transferred to the correct department? And is it 24 hours before departure, as it states on the Mosaic benefits page, or is it truly the same calendar day?
