I'm not sure why you hijacked this thread to ask your question, but regular (not x2) business award tickets come from the same fare bucket as upgrades so if you can see award flights available then Avios upgrades are available too. I'm not sure if booking with Qatar Holidays affects this though as they are deemed travel agent tickets so could have different rules. Look at this thread for more info:
