At least in the Android app, Google maps supports last train. What I am missing is the first train option. (sorry my phone is in Japanese)
If you click to set the specific departure time you get the option for (from left) departure, arrival, and last train.
I mainly use Yahoo's timetable. But it is only in Japanese, and can now only be downloaded/used if you are in Japan
