It seems, give him the rates in peak season, that there isn’t a strong reason to stay at the Hyatt Regency Kyoto? I’m trying to choose between the two ( park hyatt has no points availability).
The price fifference is around $80 night.
For a rate difference of US$80 I would go with the HR, probably on a Prive or Virtuoso rate to get the food credit, etc.
