Wow, you are most fortunate. I have just managed to re activate 2 tickets AKL LHR but only by re routing to MEL LHR SYD. There was a fair bit of discussion about the NZ to Australia flights but I did not manage to prevail. I am concerned that our journey home will be a problematic connection, arrive SYD 0720, depart air NZ 0955. Do you think they will check bags through to AKL?
