Tortilla Espanola w/ bacon and roasted tomato salsa.

Vegan Rice Pudding with roasted pineapple, toasted coconut and honey oat granola. (Vegan, but served with a side of whipped ricotta and berries)

Russ & Daughters Smoked Salmon and Bagel Plate, vegetable cream cheese, served with a side of whipped ricotta, berries, melon and honey oat granola.
