we had a good discussion about AF/KLM being one of the last airline to charge for bikes in the 21st century.
"One of the last airlines" is an exaggeration but, yes, AF/KL are clearly not the most competitive airline (at any rate among the full service carriers) when it comes to the carrying of bikes.
