It's a manager reception, you will get an invite if you make the list, they have hors d'oeuvres, wine and open bar for an hour. I don't know if it's weekly, monthly or occasional though.

The free beach toys are great, though I noticed some behavior bordering on abuse by some folks, taking kayaks or SUP's for most of the day, but I guess that's to be expected.
