ATL-DUB on the dreaded LATAM A350

Preselected one of two local options: CHEF MASHAMA BAILEY'S GROUPER AND GEORGIA SHRIMP

The shrimp were nice and the broth tasty but the grouper was overcooked and a big slab and the spuds were little cubes without much potato texture. I think there was some kind of slimy vegetable leaves but wasn't sure what they were. All in all, edible but not a standout. The biscuit was a hockey puck. Salad was ok, soup ok a bit sweet and clashed with the main course in flavors. The salad and soup were clearly not matched to the main. The only dessert on offer was a sweet potato tartlet which I didn't fancy and passed. No ice-cream or cheese offered. Champagne came in a tumbler which seems odd.

Very good service from personable FAs in pink.
