Really strange that cannot find exact fare conditions on the Swiss website.

Btw has anyone tried to change a date of a booking in First Basic Plus - A fare and it was a surcharge?
Yes, if you book First Basic + A they will for sure upfare if you want to change

Don’t even think of booking on LX website, they don’t even have F support, try LH.com tickets cost the same but at least you have access to the dedicated LH First Class hotline for problems or changes
