Due to a schedule change, I will have a one night layover in Tokyo in December with my arriving flight from USA coming in to Haneda airport and my outbound flight to SE Asia leaving from Narita airport. Is there a bus service now between the two airports or has it been suspended? Also, in December 2022, what are the Covid restrictions for U.S. citizens (visa, PCR test, etc.)?
