Hi. I flew dublin to malaga and flight take off was delayed from 20.15 to 23. 35.
Just wondering are airlines allowed to "speed" in the air as I have never been on a flight so noisy and so obviously rushing through the air?
We were due to land 00.10 and actually landed 03.05 but doors didn't open until around 03.10.
So a 2hour 55min flight was done in 2 hours and 30 mins.
I have put in a EU 261 claim but heard nothing yet. Thanks
