Friend and I are flying on an e175, DCA to JFK on Delta to catch a BA flight to London. We'll each have a carry-on suitcase and backpack, and are sitting in 1C and 1D. Wondering about the chances we'll get our bags gate checked (assume we board w/ our group, etc.).
