Any recent stays? Hoping that they were able to iron out the rough edges by now (re. brand standards, service levels, toiletries) or am I too optimistic?

Also what can one expect as a titanium elite here aside from the standard late checkout, upgrades subject to availability and the welcome amenity that include breakfast? any drinks vouchers etc.?
