It’s a different rate plan and, when available, shows up on Hyatt.com when you select awards.
The Standard and Premium Suite Upgrade rates are not guaranteed to be available.
I used booking the base room then emailing method many years ago,it woks to help me upgrade Standard Suite
I know now this is wrong method,thank you.
