Right now the consulate website says they're still not accepting transit visa, but wondering what happens after they loosen the restriction in Oct. I know I can wait, but I'd really love to book my flight ASAP before price goes up.
I've heard someone got a reply back that you can't apply until after 10/11. So hopefully your plans aren't for right after that date.
