Pre-COVID, I've never had a problem at the Crystal City Marriott, and I have dozens of data points for that property. I've also had success at the Crystal Gateway Marriott and the Renaissance Crystal City, but I have many fewer data points on those properties. I haven't stayed at any other Crystal City properties.
