Ah, hadn't gotten that far. Yeah, that is new. Maybe try "Customer Relations" and indicate that your actual issue is not addressed online. That does seem to go to a contact form.

Just an update, I did the Customer Relations as brp had mentioned. Received an email a couple weeks later that everything is OK. And am happy to report - now I am getting my AA dual accrual miles again! So that did seem to do the trick.
