I’m missing multiple stays from April. My last dual accrual was in March which listed quickly after my Hyatt stay. Like others, no issue on the Hyatt side accruing points for AA flights.

I haven't had any issues with April stays or flights. Both seemed to post unusually quickly... within a day or so of the stay/flight. So it doesn't seem to be a problem for everyone.

Update: For the past month (4 stays) my Hyatt Dual Accrual miles (HDA) and corresponding LP have posted to AA as expected on the first Tuesday after checkout unless checkout on Sunday or Monday in which case the second Tuesday. Still missing ~5,500 HDA and LP from stays between Feb 1 and Apr 8.
The Hyatt Points-to-Miles conversion (post #45 above) posted to AA a week after the Hyatt activity date, no loyalty points.
The last American Advantage Executive Liaison Team agent I spoke with has actually called me twice since post #45, exactly 7 days between the 2 calls. First time left a voicemail, second time we spoke in person, agent said could see the Hyatt xfer, said would still work on trying to credit missing miles and LP but wasn’t certain they could post LP manually.
Bottom line: Right now the automatic system (for my accounts) seems to be working again. I’ve spent several hours dealing with it. I’ve received approximately 3 times the number of missing miles (as Customer Service miles) and zero LP. Both MHC and American Advantage Executive Liaison Team have been diligent and responsive and (pleasantly) surprised me with follow-up emails and phone calls.

How can I contact Advantage Customer Service. I have dropped down to lowly lifetime gold as I don't see much advantage in the program. I am trying to track down my Hyatt Dual Accrual miles that were advertised and were given to me last year. Anyhow on the AA website, when I search for contact AA customer service it says Good news - you can manage this request online - but the link takes you to a page of Non-airline partners and just lists the names of the hotels and their contact information. Hyatt told me to contact AA regarding AA missing miles from the Hyatt Dual Accrual miles advertised program.

It has a dropdown that includes "AAdvantage Account Services." That seems a new name to me, but is likely the right folks.
Cheers.

For example select "Advantage Account Services" and then on the right select "Mileage Credit non airline" and it displays a "good news you can do it online" link, but that link only goes to a webpage with the phone numbers for the hotel partners. It does not list any email or AA contact??

Yes but when you select anything - it takes you to a useless page WITHOUT any contact help information for American Airlines.

I have not had any dual accruals over the last 12 months. Got tired of waiting and asked my Hyatt concierge to see if they had any contacts. I suspect I'm going to get tossed for a run around. Accounts are fully linked on both AA and Hyatt side.
Just to confirm I'm looking at the right part of AA, I'm looking at Account -> "Recent Activity" where the miles should show, something like "HYATT DUAL ACCRUAL" - is that correct?
My last dual accrual shows there June 2021.

You still have AA status, right?

Well there’s my answer, I’m not an AA elite. I was only looking at the bullet points of the rules and not the previous text now that I’ve re-looked at the rules.
I don’t recall having elite status when the last accruals posted but it is what it is. Thanks.

Has anyone had any luck fixing this issue lately? I am still missing all of the AA miles & LP that I should have been getting from Hyatt this year. I just called Hyatt, who verified the connection, but then told me to call AA (which is the opposite of what the website says to do). I'm a Globalist & I have AA Gold, so I should be eligible. Unfortunately, I don't have My Hyatt Concierge yet, since I earned Globalist through the promo last year.
