ANA MCT for international->domestic is 80 minutes, I would give it at least 2 hours to be safe though. Reports are immigration is back to pre-pandemic speeds, but who knows what will happen when the floodgates open. That said, in the past ANA provided F passengers with a fasttrack, not sure if that's still happening, or if the fasttrack lanes even exist anymore.
