CX Email Issues

Dear All,

I was trying to send an email with attachment (passport pdf) to correct the name on the ticket to [email protected] per the request of the call center representative, but the call center told me that they did not receive my email at all and there was also no auto reply from Cathay Pacific to acknowledge receipt of my email. Wonder if anyone else has encountered the same issue?
