Got a latitude itinerary early 2023. According to the cowtool, both legs have upgrade space available. However when trying to upgrade, on the first page where it shows the credits needed, both flights show as getting waitlisted.
What gives? At this point I don't want to go on the waitlist. I might just want to cancel an I would prefer not to need to phone.
I also suspect phoning AC might just result iin gettingtld upgrades are not available... Any thought?
