Co-pays for eUps, like all other SQx, go to the person flying, regardless of who paid. So no, she will not get the SQD.
If not, I'll have to persuade her to do a MR, which she isn't really into.
If it's only 50 SQD, it might be more palatable to just upfare an existing ticket; going from Flex K to Flex G, or Comfort T to Comfort V, or Flex K to Comfort K, whatever, can potentially be done for just over $50 and not require any additional travel. It might take a bit of work on your part to find it, but if an hour of your time saves her a day of MR, that might be a good ROI.
