I am no Android expert but since there are so many android based devices available in the US it's probably difficult to give a blanket answer. You probably have to ask about specific models. As far as I know only Apple devices are a sure bet to have FeliCa support globally since I think the iphone7.
For example, per Google only the Japanese Pixel 6a has FeliCa.

From my understanding, it was an Android thing, the drivers weren't licensed for use in any US-based android OS builds, even if the hardware's present. What
