I haven't used the new eUpgrade process until now.
I booked myself and my husband on a flexible PE fare YYZ-OGG. I'm SE and the system shows that eUpgrades are available. However when I try to upgrade the booking to J it shows that we are Waitlisted.
Is this a glitch or does anybody have any insight?
