If I recall correctly, they had been operating until just a few months ago, when they were grounded by safety regulators for gross violations. I understand they were also in bankruptcy reorganization but that apparently failed and they are now being liquidated.

I've flown them a number of times, most often as part of an RTW, between JNB and CPT.
