RIP spaceman (Mort)
According to this post in the 2023 SIN DO discussion thread spaceman (Mort) has sadly passed away.

I have met Mort a number of times throughout the world including the Shanghai Do in 2011 which he organised, first and second Star Mega Dos as well as numerous Dos in Europe. As he was a regular at SIN DOs and Oz Fests there must be many FTers who have met him and will miss him.

spaceman last posted on FT in 2017 but it appears he had been ill for some time. Another FTer has sent me a link to his obituary.

RIP Mort.
