PS:
You get an official receipt in an envelop marked by Angkasa Gapura.
Intercontinental Bali hotel (JUL) quoted 500.000 IDR p.p. to be paid to the representative.
Supposedly by now a room charge is possible due to closer cooperation.

so there is seamless connection to hotel's transfer car,
both parties stay in communication with each other and are aware of each other's location
