All the other routes from the 2020 thread (eg BKK/MCT, BKK/BAH etc) are now considerably more expensive as EK massively hiked YQ surcharges earlier this year (or last year?) making nearly all premium cabin fares considerably more expensive. For some reason the BKK/HKG fare doesn't have a YQ tax so it seems to have escaped a major fare increase. Unfortunately at the moment there are no EK F bargains, except perhaps this BKK/HKG fare. Even award tickets attract mouthwateringly high taxes and surcharges due to the YQ increases.
