That makes no sense, many have the Wyndham business card and a personal. My wife and I have CHURNED personal cards while having the Business open.
If you read back I received the same letter and I couldn't get my latest Earner Plus card as the Earner card I had closed a month earlier wasn't off my record at Barclay.
A few weeks ago I called Barclay, spoke to an agent who confirmed I only had the business earner open and the agent approved me on the phone for the Earner Plus.
I would call and have them check. GL
